I am a normal 19 old girl that has tried to do modeling with partial success. I think I would have more opportunities with bigger boobs. I am not a profesional model. Currently I am recepcionist in a second hand car dealer.
I have not had surgery jet. I would like to have bigger boobs but I am totally afraid of the surgery. I am a starting model (not professional). I am recepcionist.
I am often on wireclub if you feel like chatting with the same username.
Hello newgirl19. You are young and surely healthy, so breast implant surgery should have no additional danger for you, and for your knowledge, it's a very simple and safe surgery. The risks of the anesthesia are statistically very low, and no additional risks should frighten you. Make sure you choose a surgeon who inspires you total trust. That is what is most important.
How long they will last? Should I change them often? Will I develop wrinkles there? I have heard all kind of nasty stories about bad surgery.....
Let's see if I can clear out some of your doubts. First, the average half life of silicone breast implants is 10 years. This does not mean you must change them every ten years, but after that period of time, your surgeon must make sure they are in good condition, and if he sees any reason to replace them, then you would have a second surgery. Saline implants can last a lot longer and the range of sizes and shapes is probably wider (I prefer saline for large sizes, but that's a personal preference). Saline is also safer, if an implant ruptures, there is absolutely no risk. The serum is absorbed by your body naturally. About wrinkles, that depends on secveral factors (What's your current breast size? How big do you want to go? Essentially these two things). The more filled the implant is and the more breast tissue you already have, the less wrinkles. The filling of the implant also changes the feel. Overfilled implants feel harder than natural breasts. That's also up to your taste. Make sure you go to a board certified surgeon and ask him/her to see before and after pictures of surgeries for a similar size and shape. If you do all this and your surgeon inpires you trust, you should not have to worry a bit :)
For a weight of 48 kg and a height of 160 cm what is a recomended implant size?
