There has been a lot of criticism about rippling implants, but honestly, I don't see why all the fuss. Personally I find it beautiful. But if the patient does not like it, there's several ways to reduce it: silicone causes less rippling, also placing them under the muscle and the last but not least option, overfilling the implants makes the implant harder (more ruber-like), bigger, and without rippling (all advantages, always with moderate overfillings so that there's not a higher risk of rupture).
